Cockroach VR Wife Experience

lol - they fly too .

I wonder if any networked computer VR games are being developed where you can have multiple players in the same space?

Already a few out, should read a bit about our Onward experience. Pool VR, Raw Data, just to name a couple...

This is getting almost impossible to wait. Maybe OSVR and later a Vive or updated Vive or Occulus.

That was an obvious answer while I was thinking more of an in house family experience with multiple HMD's, yes Onward would work out just fine there and could be a hell a lot of fun with friends and family members. Maybe rather expensive too :blackeye:

I could be wrong but I think he means in the same physical room space? If so, not really, but I don't think you would want to - really big risk of smacking into each other repeatedly.
Yes, maybe beyond capability of current tech to keep accurate account of all body parts besides hands. If your family or a few members could explore, fight, solve puzzles etc. together - that would be rather neat but also a rather great selling point as well.

Kyle: Priceless! Your wife is probably going to get you for that one! :D

There are some already, like Rucus Ridge VR party, were one uses HMD and others use controllers. In the new Star Trek Bridge crew game, several can sit together and use HMD as a team (you´ll need several machines though to get it working with more then one headset). On PS4, some of the upcoming games have multiplayer functionality, where one use HMD and others controllers.
