Life can be tough. Even if you're worth $20 billion, apparently you still can't afford a decent sofa, luckily, the internet is here to help. A few days ago Elon Musk gave us a rare look inside the Model 3 factory in an interview with CBS This Morning. During the interview, Musk showed where he had been sleeping on a couch in the plant while pulling all nighters to fix the model 3's production problems, noting that the last time he slept on the floor because the couch was too narrow, and that it was "not a good couch."
Fortunately, good samaritan Ben Sullins started a GoFundMe to help the 54th richest man in America get a new couch. As of writing the campaign has raised nearly $4000, not including the $1,200 pledged by the Tesla club Sweden. No telling how high it will go, but $5,200 should be able to get Elon a fine davenport to rest his tres comas while he overlooks part of his empire.
