Build suggestions

Hello,
After the faulty question I decided to recheck my build components fail rate, most of them seem ok,the h80 is a bit on the bad side ,but its not that pricey so I can live with replacing.

1) Gaming, Photoshop,multitasking,web browsing
2) 1500 dollars without tax.
3) Europe
4) I wrote my build down.
5) No
6) Yes, the cpu
7) 23" the dell ultrasharp u2311h(if there is better please suggest)
8) next week I buy the stuff already got the items reserved
9) High level motherboard such as the Gene-z has everything i could ask for.
10) no, I am thinking or to buy windows 7 pro , or home

Case: FT03

PSU: Seasonic X660 modular

Motherboard: Asus Maximus IV Gene-Z

GPU: Asus GTX 570 Dcuii

CPU: Intel i5 2500k

CPU Cooler: Corsair H80

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz cl9 8gb (the red one with heat spreaders)

SSD: OCZ 120gb vertex 3 (changing to crucial m4 128)

HDD: Samsung f3 1TB 7200rpm

Fans: Akasa Apache 120mm x4 (2 instead of the silverstone angled fans, and 2 instead of the corsair stock).

Monitor: Dell Ultrasharp u2311h 23"

Mouse,Keyboard,Pad,Extras: I am going for mostly roccat, I think(keyboard not sure)

The computer fits my budget, I don't want Extreme power ,but rather good power and good temps, and low noise(as much as possible at least. I am planning to OC my CPU ( any ideas how far I should go? or I just test it slowly and go up till satisfied?)

Anyway, any thoughts?( I am already super close to buying these items,already reserved them in the store)

Good quality parts. But not a fan of its price to performance ratio. But I don't see any inherent issues with that setup yet.

yes I agree, I could have gone much stronger with the price I am paying
But things that I wanted and couldn't give up, such as GPU and Case,damage the price/performance ratio
As long as they are good and there shouldn't be issue I am happy.

Should I ask the store to check the components in the store before I take them home?(for example the SSD and so on?)

also is it possible to ask that the SSD will get the FW update + OS install, and than when I get home connect it all with the case, and open computer?
