I bit on Direct2Play. I'll post my experience.
So far, ordered at 8:30am MST, payment through PayPal (this is good as you don't have to worry about CC information being stolen) and I've confirmed my order via text. Waited for an email for half an hour, then just decided to check my account on the site, it was sitting in my order history waiting for me. I'll have to wait until I get home to try the key out, but super fast turn around, meaning good service, so far!

well duh, but to people like us its a server. if were not hosting then its a server buddy..
What he is saying is they aren't hosted on dedicated servers like most PC games are. They are a local host, not a dedicated host.
Works Make sure you add the (-) to your keys in steam. Worked after I added the (-)!
CDDISKI.ru has it for a bit cheaper btw. I got it for $16.30 on the 20th but it appears their price went up to $18.60 now.
Just a heads up, at least at the time that I ordered, they were having problems with Paypal's automated payment system so I had to send the payment manually through paypal then send CDDISKI a support ticket to tell them I paid. This will also increase the delivery time to a few hours since they have to go through the orders manually and also be aware of the local time in Russia when you order because they only seem to be open during business hours. I've used CDDISKI many times without a problem so I am not really too paranoid or skeptical of their services.
I recall seeing something about that in the deal discussion thread about cd-key sites, but honestly I think that is just a problem of the past. Of course I can't blame you for letting one bad experience stop you from shopping there; I feel the same way about BestBuy so I often refuse to shop there. However, I think these cd-key sites have caught on that it's more profitable to have return customers and good word of mouth advertisement than ripping off one time customers. I have used them with no problems at least 5 times and as long as they keep offering the lowest prices I'll continue to shop there.I am all for discount game key sites like direct2play, cdgamekeys, cdkeysdiscount, etc, etc, but even I will recommend staying away from CDDISKI.ru. It was a while ago that I tried ordering from them, and I believe it required a Russian proxy. I also never received the game I bought for $10, which has never happened to me with any other site. I sent many support tickets and e0mails, but was just ignored.
Key delivered within 3 minutes, site seems to be legit. Good find.
this thread is for D2P, so how about we keep the other grey area key sites out of this?

Some people are claiming they only do the TXT confirmation so they can sell your phone number to spammers. I haven't got any txt spam yet.
