I'm a numbers addict.

I live by the points that my folders put out.

I don't drink beer. :( <-- that must disqualify me. ;)

Flogging them roos is a must! The roos need a beating.

Contest, sure. They are fun. That reminds me I need to donate some money. Been to busy around here with trips.

Long hours with no pay; sure if it means surfing this forum then yep count me in.

Long live the [H]orde!

Disclaimer; mostly everything I said is true, but it might be exaggerated a tad.

I guess there's one other question that needs answering:
Do you like large red centered text?

I so wanna post a pic of "me being hard enough"

Forum rules:

(10) No LINKING or POSTING of pornographic material.

Well so much for that idea.

(24) You must respect forum MODERATORS and ADMINISTRATORS and are bound to follow their directions and instructions.

Well that one blows.... cough Moose bullshit cough cough.... :p

Ok, I'll answer.

1. makes the world go round
2. must get bigger e-penis
3. got banished from that one
4. I just better not answer that
5. maybe, need more porn though. I can't image the effort involved though.
6. only some of the others can relate to how much time I've put into this mess
7. right now, I'll do just about anyone...err anything
8.

Well since you guys are picking on the poor guy and his red text, what we're really interested in is, are any of you willing to volunteer a little time and help to help us with our next contest. Depening on level of interest, we could have quite a few people entering, and any extra help would be great as myself and K* don't always have the means to get things updated and what not.

It's purely a volunteer effort, so any help some of you guys could give us would be more than appreciated!

Hey I didn't pick on K*. Ohh, when I said "5. maybe, need more porn though. I can't image the effort involved though." I meant I assume it's alot of effort involved in it.

PM me something to do if you need help, I've thought alot about getting more involved but to be fair to all sometimes my schedule would not permit it.

So now I'm plotting own contest.... Just go head first is my motto.

I'm enabling big WU's on my P3 850. F@H will probably suck up all 512 megs of ram and render this system useless for anything except folding but I'm willing to let that happen. Why you ask? Because I'm [H]ard!

Fold on!!!

Actually, I have a Duron 1 Ghz on bigpackets with 256 meg of RAM and while it mostly just folds, there is some occasional web browsing and stuff with it and I have no trouble. With 512 meg I would not worry about it.

Hell, the system in my sig only has 512 and it runs just fine with bigpackets. I even do some gaming on it.

Every little bit helps.

Oh, and to be on topic a bit, I still like beer.

Oh. I read in another thread somewhere that folks machines were being crippled by massive WU's. I must have misunderstood.

Sorry K*. I guess I'm not so hard after all. :(

The huge units were Beta QMDs that only run on P4s. You should be fine there. I run big WUs on my Celery 1ghz w/ 384 mb with no problems.

i have no life....

although i have heard about some new software called girlfriend 1.0 that sounds like it might be a good thing to look into :D

Eh, go with Mistress Vista, there's stability issues and she needs just a few resources, but boy does she look purty! ;)

I hope Mistress Vista runs alot cooler and quiter then Girlfriend 1.0. The last time I ran GF1.0 it was kind of had this buzzing noise going on. If so MV does I might have to try it out.

hmm.... OT so i guess we are OT for this forum but that sounds somewhat circular if u ask me

UM u guys still needen help?

Can you still play if you are helping or does it make u eneligable

to: p[H]ant0m looks like we going back and forth ;)

Remember that Girlfriend 1.0 and Wife 1.0 are not compatible, and once you install Wife there is no going back! :p

For refrence check here.

Just remember, this isn't linux: you don't have to kill off your child processes before you exit. Yes, this is probably a bug; it could lead to an overflow condition, and an effective method of preventing child processes from spawning hasn't been found (except for not calling fork() in the first place).

<- geek..

And two copies of Girlfriend aren't compatible. Ask K* about this sometime. :p

Duster, either I or K* will PM you details later if you're interested in helping out. And I noticed that too, although we both just got whalloped by SUSD#30 (ComputerGeek?).

2 instances of GF1.0 cannot be booted simultaneously.... though, in some cases it has been successful to use LILO...

Given the right chipset to work with and with possible side effects from programs like NightOutWithFriends1.1 or OldCollegeFriend3.4, it has been shown that GF1.0 could create a spawn copy which can only be run when GF1.0 is also loaded.... But this is usually an unstable condition which only lasts for a short time... Sometimes ending with catastrophic failure of the [H]ard drive, the complete removal of GF1.0 and it's spawn copy, or the eventual takeover of the spawned GF1.0...

Similar situations have been seen with Wife 1.0 and all related versions, though these tend to need removal tools such as Divorce3.1 or Alimony1.0, which all take a healthy chunk of resources to run....

Keep on Folding!! For the [H]orde!!

I have found that Wife 1.0 eliminates any need for Girlfriend (any version). No reason to look for (or at) anything else when you've got perfection.

Your copy of Wife 1.0 obviously was infected with a case of KissAss.luv. I suggest scanning and making sure Wallet 1.0 doesn't have a file size of 0, and checking for any other anomolous programs such as DiddlingGardener .5. ;) j/k

I have GF1.0... soon to be upgraded to Fiancee1.0.... and hopefully Wife1.0 sometime in the near future... GF1.0 has been running stable and unmodified for almost 2 years (though I'm very familiar with this program as I was running Friend1.1 for nearly 9 years before the upgrade to GF1.0)... Although House1.0 and Ring1.0 need to be purchased, the documents in GF1.0 Help says it only requires Ring1.0 Lite so as to aid in the purchase of House1.0....
