both are at the same time, there is a video in the second link.
but like indokyne mentioned, it might be an issue with the 5 series driver. google translate is not really usefull
Look at it this way: what is AMD's motive to cheat in a game that a fucking 5670 could probably max out at 1920x1080?
Exact same thread over at Guru3D:

Apparently there's a config file setting to enable or disable additional physics effects and is disabled by default on AMD/ATI hardware. The physics effects explicitly do not use the PhysX api at all and once enabled the effects work fine on ATI hardware. So you can imagine there's alot of hate directed at Treyarch right now...
At best, its a driver bug, at worst its a config/game issue bug.
OP fail.

Maybe time for ATI to grow a pair of balls. This has less to do with amd cheating it has more to do with nvidia having its tiny weenie up every developers butt to strong arm them into making amd products look bad

Not sure how money is working out these days (Stocks and such), how is ATI holding up on the cash front?
In terms of market share, I'm sure they're fine, I don't see why a video game company would want to gimp their products for (let's say) 50% of the PC market.

Yeah, and the question is... Why?amd is doing fine this is more about a setting that the developer went out of its way to disable on amd cards.
He's saying ATI users get a poor experience because devs like Treyarch choose to purposely disable advanced particle physics."Or the lack of it..."
Uh, say what?
I love my ATI cards, but I don't like seeing them get bullied around over pointless things. If it's all about money, then they need to start throwing around some cash.

The video is pretty damning about there being omissions from the scene, but I'm not convinced the omissions are significant enough to be called cheating.
Graphics card makers and game developers have been working together for years. This should come as no surprise to anyone. Games have always had a bias in performance one way or the other. Certain games run better on NVidia hardware than AMD, and vice-versa.
Well if anything, it's useful info for ATI owners.y is the thread still open anyway? I'm amazed it hasn't been locked yet...
