Actually you'de be surprised, I mean I know Kyle posted a rule with the same conditions for Official [H] site admins a while back, considering that [H]ard|Folding is officially supported by Kyle, and it is run on an Official [H] server.... :p

King linked to it in the OP on this thread, I don't think there is anything on the site yet since its still in the testing phase :)
 
You need to edit your profile and set your primary project to FAH, UD is just a default. There are I believe 3 or 4 pieces of information that you need to provide for it to work.

 
I think they set a minimum of 10,000 points in order to be allowed to trade.... you only have about 8k.... so once you hit 10k, you'll be good to go

Just trying to keep your everyday joe from waltzing in, picking up some cheap hardware or free hardware for that matter, and using it for his uber leet gaming/email/server/etc rig and have it's folding career cut tradgically short..... :D
