I'm curious, was tWR the setting that caused the no post? I've never heard of a Hynix kit that can't do 48, it could be the IMC struggles at 48. But did 54 work out for you?

Turns out it wasn't specifically the tWR causing issues. There's some combo of all the settings that appears to be getting pushed a little too far once I made those additional changes to tWR, tFAW, and tRFC.

It's more likely tRFC than tFAW, maybe try it at 510 that is around average for Hynix-M, then try 480. Yes this is for 16Gbit configurations, but it should be fairly similar on 24GB configurations. On single ccd chips you can generally get this lower because the full bandwidth is never utilized.
