I hope I do,![]()
This is my first time ever buying a cutting edge computer hardware xD so im sure I will love it.
Well its 7AM over in PST land, hopefully we start seeing tracking numbers within the hour![]()
That 30 will seem huge for a few days, then it will become 'normal', and you'll want even more ;D
tigerdirect does have 3 7000 series cards listed...

and back out of stock...lol
Did anyone happen to see the pricing there? MSRP, or did they supersize the price ala amazon?

Newegg must of had like 1 or 2 HIS cards then lol
i was refering to the HIS on newegg...
the TD was a joke, they were the old 7000 series from long ago...

Yeah, I'm just wondering why no one else at all has them in stock so far.
yeah that's a little goofy. and no MSI stock listed anywhere either.
Thats the one that's still puzzling me. Late to the table by MSI or something else going on...Its a shame too, because I've had good experiences with MSI for gpus lately and would've happily bought from them.
God is that true. Also, sitting down to a 1080p for the first time after you're used to your 30 will also be quite a shock. It's just...so tiny...
Yeah I just got a 120Hz 27" 1080p... takes getting used to next to my ZR30w. The 120Hz is great for gaming though... can't decide what monitor I'll stick with for games... if only we had a 30" 120Hz 1600p option
I just recently got the Asus VG236HE 120 hz display. While it's a bit smaller than my Apple display, there is no comparison. Games are soooo much better on a 120 hz display. And yeah, I also wish there was a 2560x1440/1600 120 hz display.
8pst and still no tracking number![]()
The thing that puzzles me is how much difficulty my tri-fire 6900's are having running games at a solid 120fps. On the ZR30w, I had no problems maintaining a constant 60fps on all Ultra settings if I kept AA off. With this 1080p monitor, I am averaging maybe 75-85 fps. I have to turn settings to high and AA to 2x to get abopve 100fps, and it constantly dips down to 60fps or lower...
I hope the 7970's will fix that. 3GB frame buffer should help with AA, no? I must have at least 4x AA at 1080p, no AA just looks like ASS.... and running a 120Hz monitor at anything less than 100+ FPS is kind of pointless.
Wow dude...have you EVER ordered anything from the egg before?
Tracking numbers are usually NOT issued until the afternoon, or around noontime at the earliest.
They're never issued this early in the morning.
I mean hell, it's not even business hours at most companies yet...its not even 9 am yet.

Well let's hope 2 7970's will outperform my 6990+6950 triple GPU setup on my 120Hz.Had no idea I would need such horsepower for a measly 1080p... even at double the frames.
Tell me about it. They need to go up soon, or I'll probably miss them.OK tiger... any time now... please list them today or this is going to be one huge waste of time.
WAHOOOOO gigabyte came back for a second and I got it with shoprunner 2-day!
EDIT: Must have been 1-2 of 'em because it already is out of stock again now.
EDIT 2: Must have missed it, just got an "OOS cancelled" email.
Ah man, that blows
