That PSU is a piece of shit. For $5 more, you can get a PSU that's of significantly better quality:
$45 - Antec Earthwatts Green EA-430D 430W PSU

Go for this DVD burner since that DVD ROM drive is completely overpriced:

Since you're not overclocking, zero reason to get that DDR3 1600 RAM. So save yourself $15 and get this RAM set:
$40 - Patriot PSD32G13332 2GB DDR3 1333 RAM

Also, since you're not overclocking, you really don't need that Coolermaster HSF. Unless it gets ridiculously hot where you are or if you're extremely sensitive to noise. Otherwise stick with the stock HSF.

That HD 5670 1GB card is overpriced. Not to mention way too slow for your resolution. For $35 more, you can get a significant boost in performance:
$135 - XFX HD-577A-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 1GB PCI-E Video Card

CPU wise, that "Phenom II X4 840 CPU" is essentially a fake Phenom II CPU due to the fact that it lacks an L3 cache. It's basically a higher clocked Athlon II X4 CPU. So due to your budget, you might be better off just saving $10 and going with an actual Athlon II X4 CPU:

Go with this. But, upgrade the PSU to the Antec EA650 for $70. This should give you more headroom down the road.

Stick with the ASUS Mobo you selected for $100 and the 1TB Samsung drive for $60. But, drop the cpu heatsink.

Cases, you can consider the one that Jeremyshaw listed for $50 on NewEgg. You pay tax but, it's only $5. Or, Consider the Coolermaster Elite 330 for $53.49 w/free shipping from Amazon. Or, the Coolermaster Elite 430 for $50 w/free shipping $10 MIR

Total on all of this would be around $683.00
