I'd ditch the 8800GTS 320 and spring for a 9600GT. They can be had for $20.00 more and after CA tax + shipping you'd be around $620.00

I concur with SPARTAN VI about the video card.

As for the PSU and case, ditch em both. Both are subpar units. I recommend this case and PSU combo:
Antec Sonata III ATX Case with Antec Earthwatts 500W PSU - $105

Also will you be overclocking? If so, stick with the Intel setup. If not, go with the AMD setup recommended above though with this CPU:
AMD Athlon64 X2 5000+ CPU - $87

yea i will prolly figure out how to overclock and do it also everyone i talk to rams the "PSU'S THAT COME WITH CASES SUCK EVERYTIME"down my throat but a antec looks nice

also was looking at the 9600gt's and found this one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814134038
ECS N9600GT-512MX EDM GeForce 9600GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card if you want the full name of it

and if you guys/gals could it would be nice to get everything from newegg.

Antec usually makes decent case and PSU combos these days. But yes, generally PSUs that come with cases do suck. Nice choice on the 9600GT.

Since you're insisting on getting everything from newegg, get this PSU and case instead:
Cooler Master Elite 330 RC-330-KKN1-GP ATX Case - $40
Corsair 450VX 450W PSU - $75
-----
Total: $115 plus tax and shipping

Newegg charges $130 for the Sonata III, a bit too much for my liking. So I recommend going with the above combo.
