Antec True Power Trio 430W powering:

Q9400 @ 3.2Ghz
4GB DDR2 800 ram
2x 250GB SATA HD
Nvidia 9800GT
5x 120mm Fans
DVD-RW SATA
4ch Fan Controller

you probably want to step it up a bit. I used to skimp on power supplys, but you have some good hardware and should back it up with a good PSU. Corsair's are great! I'd go 550 or higher for some decent headroom.

I was a little worried that it wouldn't be enough. Don't want to risk it. Thanks for the input.

before my corsairs, i had a neopower 480 which was LOUD with a lesser setup than yours. Even though the system was stable at 3.8, you could tell the PSU was sweating the whole time.

Be safe. Get a PSU that yawns at your full load setting.

I agree with Danny's suggestion. For overclocking, you would definitely want something better. Although the True Power Trio line is manufactured by Seasonic, they are definitely on the lower-end side of things and I wouldn't trust one with handling a system like yours while overclocked.
