2408WFP Input Lag?

I used two 2408WFP's, returned them both. I also used a Sammy 275T, returned it.

I returned them for the same reason; input lag! I am very sensitive to it. I'm currently using a BenQ FP241W, and it has the best input lag compared to others I've used. But I am returning it and getting a 3007WFP-HC, because after using the 275t, a 24" seems too small!

Have you read this, Snowdog? "Maybe you are have communications problem and you need to run this through a bablefish translation into your native language, or find someone who understands English better to translate."?

Their statements don't contradict my position. The big difference is I recognize that for a great number of people the lag is meaningless and it is completely normal that many people wont notice it or have a problem with it. I have stated that from the start and never said anything contrary, so you quotes of other people with no issue, don't contradict my position, which is: That this will be fine for many people in all situations, but also that it will NOT be fine for many of us sensitive to lag in many/most situations. Not just hard core gamers.

If you don't disagree with that position, why do you keep making contradictory statements. My only communication difficulty is the way your post are self contradictory:

This contradicts what I have been saying. It is not just hard core gamers. I am not a hard core gamer. It matters to me. Maybe your next statements explain why you can't understand why others feel input lag:

But I did not experience even a hint of mouse pointer problem related to input lag.
...
This delay has no effect on the mouse movement in everyday use.

Here you go from the personal to the absolute. Again you may not notice it in everyday usage, that doesn't mean other people won't. You are assuming your experience counts for everyone. And again this contradicts my position. Many of us will have an issue with mouse movement in everyday use.

Yes, yes, yes you see this effect. Several people see. Several don't. Several people know where mouse pointer settings are. Several don't. That's normal.

Now what is this? Are you implying that those us who notice the lag with just moving the mouse pointer don't know where the mouse controls are?

For someone who claims to have no argument and doesn't want to drag this thread on, you have certainly done the opposite by repeatedly making contradictory statements and your latest "agreement" seems to be more of implied insult than an agreement.
