yikes, how does that sub sound, being positioned right there like that on the fridge?

At first i thought it wasnt going to sound very good, but actually it didnt take anything away from the sound quality.

Awsome, sweet upgrade, looks much nicer, cleaner, and more functional! hope your happy with it! ;)

Took some time to get used to the keyboard being next to the mouse, but now i'm used to it.

And i'm not finished yet. I'm still going to buy a new desk (which is quite an adventure to find) and a Rattan armchair :D

Just a raw shot, finally got around to building my new $10,000, nah, $65 desk and stripping the wallpaper and acousitic ceiling, and just started putting the room back together - clean as it will ever be:

Have a lot of stuff to to put back in the room and on the walls, and a pair of 19" LCDs on the 'buy next' list.

Will update the whole thing later when the remodel is done.

Lord Tris you should get urself a more suitable desk for your workstation (after all a workstation is not just a computer but everything that goes with it). I have this one and it is nice yet not expensive:

I am leaveing for iraq again today so a desk is not a thing i need right now ;) and plus i am building one from some very nice frosted plexi and oak when i get back ;)

Very small desk that the military gives. Unfortunately this room is so small and we aren't allowed to take the furniture out of the room. Once I move off base I will get a much larger desk to accommodate all of my goodies. :D My printer alone is pretty darn big (HP Photosmart 8450). I just bought this new LCD as well. I used to have a KDS 19" CRT that was huge. Figured with my small desk it would be nice to have an LCD...or is that just what made me justify the cost of one. Now I need some black speakers to keep the black look.

So here's my messy workstation. Selling the CRTs very soon and moving onto dual dell 19 lcds :D

And with the projector setup to the right of the workstation: (Note, not pornos, it's The IT Crowd :p)

Here's where the projector is sitting. Rigged up to my rig of course:

hells yea, that room is awesome... my room had a bed and a desk and *maybe* a dresser if i can ever find it under all my crap, LOL...

BTW i would not consider your room messy at all Ditch!

^^ I JUST thought of posting that before i even read your post LMAO

i should get a good camera...

Very nice setup one of my teachers has a projector but she uses it as the main TV and for hooking up the PS2 to it. Loving the lights wired around the room :p

Man I only cleaned the room today and it's still horrible! There is ALWAYS stuff on my desk, and it's just so hard to keep such a big room clean I find, in many ways I'd rather a smaller one so I can't just dump all my stuff on the floor! :p

As far as TV goes, I really don't watch it that much, maybe once a month? Anyway the TV is situated just to the right of the projector screen, so it is there if I ever need it:

And thanks for the cudos on the lights :D That is my personal touch haha, doesn't help the projector out much thought ;)
