What's two 2 external drive? Why would you need nowadays?

what's that little blue cylinder?

What's that little plug next to the 2 external drive? It doesn't look like regular power bar.

How do you like the Panasonic? It looks like the same one I have. I like the very first Panasonic dvd player I had, but Panasonic had design flaw, and I got a new replacement. But the best feature of the very first one, is that it can memorize your last play position even after you turn off the DVD Player, so if you were watching a movie for 43 min. and 10 sec, then continue the next day, it starts right from that pt.

why do people keep quoting the pics
Take the IMG tags out if you really must
That's what I've been wondering for a while now..

At least on Finnish forums you aren't even allowed to quote the pics. Because it's just plain stupid..

here is my workstation folks (in a rebuilt 3-season front porch, as an extension to a bedroom no less :D):

man, that desk fits perfect in that area.

yea man, i alwasy wanteed a really looong desk and alwasy wanted an ikea desk too. the summer of the year i bought the house we got an ikea here in the twin cities so it wass perfect. i was extending the room onto the 3 season porch thing and building a lil den into it hardwooded and all so to make it worthwhile with a doorway and all we checked out the sizing on the ikea site, did some number crunching and basically built hte space with the desk in mind. then i did some errands and updating of the workspace today so let me upload these pics for yall. :D

Pardon my answering instead of Magnetik.

Blue cylinder is a Griffin Powermate, Purple VIVO box is from an ATI card most likely, dunno about the Panasonic DVD player.

No, not the purple one. The white one. It looks like a small power bar, but from another pic., it clearly is not.

It's the top part of a Belkin 7-port USB 2.0 hub that has 2 ports that stick straight up and 5 more around the sidesof the gray base. That's a USB cable sticking into the top of course.

Am I right?

Update: new painting, new chair, new wireless mouse and I got rid of that ugly gray curtain.

and replace place those big ugly bulky biege speakers while you're at it, and you'll be all set. ;)

vapb400, it's a nice custom-made italian chair.

Goat_187, those are nice Harman/Kardon speakers. Old, ugly, but good speakers. I'll probably replace them for a Klipsch or Altec Lansing setup in the future. Do you have any suggestions for a stereo speaker system, for music listening?

I've been browsing this thread for months now, so I figured I'd man up and post my setup...

i like. looks comfy :D

What do you ues to control those four LCDs?

EDIT
A friend had that mouse / keyboard set, and I couldn't stand using it on FPS's. There was an ever so slight lag . . . might have been the rats maze of USB connections he had setup or lag on the wireless reciever.

Ahhh, SLi!!! details, details.

Curious, but why did you bight on the Dell SLi system as appposed to an AMD based one? Find a sweat Dell coupon?

that is 1 hell of a sweet setup there with the monitors. he prob. found out a way how to scam dell and get that PC for cheap or maybe he works there and knows some ppl. lol or maybe it was just some smart "coupon'ing" lol
