How you liking that P-180? I'm thinking of upgrading to it at the beginning of 06. I use to have that very same headset, loved it to death.

AMD X2 in the tower, and the Mac Mini between the monitors. :)
Holy shit I knew those Xtrac mouse pads were huge but DAMN.

Some things have since been sold off (now its just the G5 Dual 2.0, Apple 30" LCD, Shuttle PC with 23" Apple LCD & Powerbook. Everything quieted down after I got rid of that wind tunnel AW PC......lol! I designed all the cabinets and had them built into my office (cost less than some desks and you get better quality), I work from home :)

Hi,

No because the warmest thing in there is the APC and the coffin is actually really huge (over 6' x 1'). Besides, when im using the network laser printer I open the drawer & and the same goes for junk in the coffin :)

They were abstracting my view of the monitor so I moved them above to that CD rack.

I resized the image:

Thats one hell of a set up, im sort of jealous. Im getting ready to get a G5 box myself and build another gaming box. Im having trouble doing so because my fiance is like "what do you need 3 computers for?" and then I say "what do you need 20 pairs of shoes for" she didn't like that too much...

I'm getting my new digi-cam tomorrow, so finally this place can see how I set mine up.

my room used to be similar in blandness, then i decided to fill it up with dragon stuff :p

Hey thanks,

I am also VERY interested in converting an empty G5 case into a PC (at least my desktops will match, plus the Shuttle PC is to small to both cool effectively and make silent).

I have been reviewing some threads in the forums and have seen some realy great conversions. I am afraid I will need to hire someone for some of the work as I have no skills in the electronics/soldering arena. If you are moving forward with your project perhaps we could compare notes? Shoot me a PM.

Well I never got the chance to put in my pictures since...forever. Haha, and I remember last year's thread.

Anyway, lemme show you how it used to look like.

Looks so small...

Tv so small...

Now for what I have now:

Over $5,000 is on that glass table

Better desk

Bigger TV all for me (27"). Sorry for the mess, I was busy with printing stuff for a design gig.

And when the lights are off:

LAZR!!!!!! I'm actually trying to find my velcro stuff so I can get this thing to face my roof. Until then, it's there temporarily. That laser device has been collecting dust for years, might as well use it for whatever purpose.

looks nice i hope ur thinking about upgrading that compaq monitor

When it starts to die out it will be replaced. This thing makes no noise, color matches with my Canon i9900, doesn't give me any sort of headaches or anything.

I love this monitor!

So bright, how can you sleep with that on?

Sleep? >:D With the girl here, I get a very nice sleep, athankya.

Interesting ... um... angle... on the webcam there in the top pictures. Seems like quite an extreme angle.

Impressive defsquad.

This is my temporary work area. I'm going to look at large exec-style L-shaped desks and hutches this weekend. I need something with a lot of space.

Sorry about the pic quality...

The gadgets on my desk, from left to right, are a Nintendo DS (duh!), a GamePark 32 (great system, looking forward to the GP2X), a Dell Axim X50v, a Nokia 3220, and a USB hub.

Yes, I need to tidy the cabling in my system. Hopefully I will be replacing it with a better system crammed into a Shuttle soon :D
