1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
This will be a gaming rig with general surfing, etc. BF3, Diablo III, any newer games (been out of the PC gaming world for awhile) plus the older games like counterstrike source. All at the highest achievable settings.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$1600. Shipping not included.
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Minneapolis, MN. Micro center is down the road.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case, Motherboard, CPU, video card, RAM, PSU, SSD, would like a blue ray and an additional HDD for storage.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Monitor, keyboard, mouse.
6) Will you be overclocking?
Mild OC. Nothing crazy. Everything will be on air cooling.
7) 7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
27.5 viewable" 1920 x 1200.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within the next month.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
SATA 6Gb/s, USB 3.0, SLI/Crossfire option would be nice.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes. Win 7 Pro 64-bit

There is an i5-2500k for $160ish at MicroCenter. Probably check that out instead of getting it a newegg.

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 ATX Intel Motherboard
$121.99
Not a good choice since AsRock's Z68 mobos only come with a 1-2 year warranty and their quality is ver inconsistent:

So I wouldn't bother with an AsRock Z68 mobo.
There is an i5-2500k for $160ish at MicroCenter. Probably check that out instead of getting it a newegg.
Microcenter will knock $50 off any Z68 or Z77 mobo if you purchase the 2500K or 3570K at the same time. So hrab the 2500K or 3570K and the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H or Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H motheboard and you'll be set.

Seagate SV35.5 2TB 3.5" SATA 6.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
$159.99
AFAIK, those are meant for surveillance systems and such. As such, I don't think they'll work with computer hardware. I recommend this hard drive instead:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822145473

In fact, buy it today and you can take advantage of "$20 off w/ promo code HITAHD53, ends 5/4" deal for that Hitachi drive.
Antec Three Hundred Black Computer Case
$54.99
Not a good choice since it's relatively cramped and has little to no cable management. I recommend these cases instead:
$50 - NZXT Source 210 Elite Black ATX Case
$50 - NZXT Source 210 Elite White with Black Front Trim ATX Case

OCZ Vertex 3 VTX3-25SAT3-240G 2.5" MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
$279.99
Not a good choice for three reasons:
1) It's a Sandforce based SSD so it does have a higher chance of issues
2) It's from OCZ whose customer support is pretty crappy
3) This equally fast but higher quality Crucial m4 SSD costs $30 less and has 16 extra gigs:
$250 - Crucial M4 CT256M4SSD2 2.5" 256GB SSD

OCZ Fatal1ty 750W Modular Gaming Power Supply compatible with Intel Sandy Bridge Core i3 i5 i7 and AMD Phenom
$99.99
Not a good choice for a PSU. If you need/want a modular PSU, I recommend this:
$90 - SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W Modular PSU

If you don't need a modular PSU, I recommend this PSU deal:
$90 - Corsair 750TX V2 750W PSU
