So I had an OP-1000E go bad, and show that it was supplying crap voltages on the 12v.
I sent it back and got a replacement from silverstone(different serial #). This new PSU is doing almost the exact same thing:
As you can see, the 12v rail is only producing .89v.
I'm certain it's not the DD5, I've tested it with two other PSU's.
Did silverstone send me a psu that's busted as a replacement???
