I am looking for some fans that have good CFM output and are fairly quite db wise. Let me know what are good options :)
 
Noctua and Scythe Gentle Typhoons are usually regarded as the top end fans for being quiet and having great airflow.
 
GT's are the only actual fans that showed higher CFM at lower noise levels @ martin's liquidlab. The noctua fans are actually pretty terrible in general at moving air, they're just quiet.

And people are hyping up the cougar fans because of the marketing lies of the company. Sorry, no fan pushes 60CFM at 18dB. It's just not possible.

You can spend hours reading the data yourself, but the conclusion is always the same. There is no better CFM/dB fan out there than the Gentle Typhoon series.

As I recall, Martin was testing for optimal airflow through a radiator. Tho the GT series is a high bar for rad fans. OP left out whether he was looking for normal CPU HSF fans or radiator fans or case fans....or what he was using said fans for.
