Iano said:Hey ValeX, I'm sure there's an option in the LCD OSD somewhere. By the way, post your impressions of the L204WT, since its out this week @ CC I'm sure there will be a lot of users interested.
opfreak said:i did not see an option to do that in the monitor osd.
But I do use an nvidia card, and just clicked the no-scaling/1:1 opition, so when a game loads thats 4:3, it just outputs 4:3
or 5:4
with black bars

Im going to buy one tonight I guess. *sigh* 50 bucks, pfsht.
ValeX said:Back from the store, installed the new cord. Now the "use centered timings" option is available, so I turned it on....NOT FIXED. EEEK 50 friggin dollars and it did nothing? I _must_ be doing something wrong. Is it possible that my LG L204WT monitor is just lacking in that area? God I hope not, I want to play Starcraft without it stretching!!! Please guys, what am I doing wrong? All I need are some nice big black bars on the sides!

edit: just tried COD2 with a slightly lower res, and it does indeed get stuffed into a box in the center of the screen....Hmmm, why not starcraft then?
edit 2: Looks like COD2 will only scale it in 1440x900 res, nothing else....Im so confused right now.
