i have a lanparty nf4 ultra d with a a64 3700 + on stock cooling i have it oc'ed to 2.44 ghz the processor and pwm are both 37-38 c constantly but the chipset is 47 c!!! for some reason what can i do to cool down the chipset, it was at 50 c and i turned my fan setting up PLEASE HELP!!!
