i have a lanparty nf4 ultra d with a a64 3700 + on stock cooling

i have it oc'ed to 2.44 ghz

the processor and pwm are both 37-38 c constantly but the chipset is 47 c!!! for some reason

what can i do to cool down the chipset, it was at 50 c and i turned my fan setting up

PLEASE HELP!!!

the chipset on that board tends to run hot. Mine will idle around 45C on hot days. It may look bad, but it's perfectly fine.

50C is nothing to worry about, unless you are anal about your cooling like I am :p Slap on a Swiftech MCX-159 and be done with it.

Mine is idleing at 47C right now. Those temps are fine. 50C is fine too, that's what mine was at before I tweaked my fan settings. If you want you can buy a third-party chipset cooler, that way it won't run so hot, but make sure you get one that is low enough that it won't interfer with the graphics card. There's really not much point it doing that.

The wrong kind, like the kind that can get you banned. Don't do it again.
