I got this processor and its an lbble 0520 apkw i think, and i think the reason i cant get a stable overclock is my PSU, im using a few year old antec 400w power supply, could this be holding me back?

are you positive that will work for this mod?

Im using a TT Venus 12, with an Antec 400w power supply, load temps with the overclock were like 55c, sometimes up to 60c under extreme conditions.

my s754 newcastle athlon 64 3000+ used to be able to do 2.4 ghz 240x10 at stock voltage, then i had to bump it up in every step gradually up to 1.7v, now i have to run it at stock, does this happen to chips over time? or could it be my HSF or powersupply or something I am overlooking? thanks...
