    M2 Pro Mac mini + 8K display

The new M2 Mac mini with the "M2 Pro" chip supports 8K at 60Hz over HDMI 2.1 with an HDMI cable that supports 48 Gbps. I'm thinking about using that with the Samsung 55" 8K QN700B. I'm trying to figure out if that will work. Will that give me 60Hz and 4:4:4 chroma? Any downsides?

    43" with > 4K res?

    Are there any practical options for 42" to 55" monitors with greater than 4K resolution? I have a 43" 16:9 4K 60Hz Sony X720E right now. It's very good. Sony 43" X800E vs. X830C

How does the Sony XBR43X800E compare to the XBR43X830C as a monitor? Why does Rtings give the X830C a better PC Monitor rating of 7.9 compared to 7.6 for the X800E? Rtings still lists the X830C as the best PC Monitor. But, it's weird because it says "The winner is Sony XBR43X830C" and then all...
