1) why is there a lack of Z270 ITX motherboard reviews out there...

I am planning on building instead of ordering a workstation for ANSYS at work
older systems there are limited by the amount of RAM installed, but since they're running on DDR2, I thought I might as well get an upgrade anyways
i've been looking at the pricing of RAM (I'm hoping to get at least...
title says it all, looking for the low profile low voltage samsung 2x4gb ram
please pm me if you are willing to sell for less than $70 shipped
i know prices seem inflated on amazon but i can assure you that you won't get even near that price if you tried to sell on ebay

has anyone used this or a similar adapter, or do you have one to recommend (esata input, usb3.0 output to computer)? does it decrease device performance at all?
i am still in the hunt for a motherboard and would rather not be limited in options due to the presence or lack thereof of an esata...
i know there are calculators out there, but they vary way too much for me to believe in them. i am building a new system with the following components:

zotac gtx 660 ti (non amp version)
1 SSD
3 HDD
1 DVDRW
and the rest are standard
i bought one of these Seasonic G series...

anyone tried pricematching the new haswells at ncix? apparently they aren't willing, despite what others have posted across the web
edit: avoiding confusion, I live in the US, not Canada
anyone know anything about these? they look pretty sweet... but never heard about this brand in the US before... perhaps they stay in asia only :(

as title says, i have a growing amount of data that i'd like to back up
i'd like to explore my options outside of adding more disks to my computer (which would be limited by my case and motherboard). thus, i was thinking about building a file server (which seems to be more cost efficient)

if i am planning on building a sff (m-itx mobo) rig in june (finish building by the end of the month at the latest), which coincides with the haswell launch, would I be able to purchase haswell cpus? or will general availability not be until a few months later?
the reason I ask is that I don't...
