I was using the latest nVIDIA WHQL drivers off their site but now I am using 66.32 beta drivers with the same results.

I let it go for a few minutes to no avail. Oddly enough I now found that the game does this on a normal exit as well. e.g. I go into the game and then click Exit and it says are you sure and I click Yes and BOOM it hangs there the same way.

I just noticed CPU usage sits at 100% for, in this case, the Call of Duty executable while the game is hung. The other game I noticed this happens with is Wolfenstein Enemy Territory.

Yes, it gets installed with SP2. I've tried updating to the latest Forceware drivers and also uninstalling SP2 with no luck.
