Normally people want windows so they can see the motherboard and most of the components. Why would you want a window for a case in which almost half of the motherboard along with the CPU and CPU's heatsink will be covered by the PSU?

Why don't you do some tests and see which one is better? However, just looking at it you gain a lot by hardly adjusting any timings at all so I would probably keep the DDR450.
