Looks like deal is dead online if you want it shipped, but store pickup is still an option. The store in my area only had 1 copy (with like 5 PC games total), and the code worked despite the box looking opened. Also game with a Wasteland 1 code.
Sold by Gamestop, physical copy. This is a Steamworks game, however. Deal is for store pickup, so YMMV. $6 to ship and director's cut is a free upgrade for any owners of the original.

I received the confirmation email today that the order was ready, but couldn't see the order in my profile page. I just opened a live chat with a representative and they were able to give me my code.
As far as I can tell, it seems like they are honoring the deal, despite what the publisher...
The system still posts, and will run for 15-30 minutes before locking up again. I still plan to run tests on individual components, however.
I'll say that I'm out of the loop on what's new in terms of hardware, but I don't need to overclock, and don't use any expansion cards. If I stick with...
A few days ago I noticed my computer taking a very long time for some tasks (updating steam, navigating the filesystem). After hanging for a long time, the system would eventually lock up and need hard resetting. I wasn't sure if it was just the HDD itself, so I reinstalled win on a new ssd and...
Ukrainian Job is really broken right now if you have C4. You can run straight in, blow both safes, and exit in about 40 seconds, before the van even departs.

I wish it would let me buy the Terraria 4-pack to give out to people. Apparently it's only built to make you consume 1 copy and gift the remaining three (already own it). Wonder if there's a way around this?
Depends on who you decide to kill first as well. Killing ornstein first makes the whole process a lot easier in my opinion, because super smough doesn't even change up his moves.
One of the coolest things about the Gwyn fight is how you can incorporate most of the core combat basics against him, including parry. Almost makes it too easy riposting him to death.
I remember getting King's Field 1 when shortly after it came out (in the days when PSX games came in those huge boxes). It was so immersive for the time, same as Demon's/Dark Souls. I tried playing it again a year ago and it hasn't aged well at all. First person tank control hack and slash, haha.
You should look into getting a better shield, even if it puts you into the 25-50% encumbrance range. Specifically, the Hollow Soldier Shield is incredible for how early you get it in the game (has like 83 stability fully upgraded too). Very light and has 100% physical block.
Anor is a pretty good place to go, just for the reward after beating the boss. Before you start it, I'd suggest you do your return to the Asylum if you haven't already. This will let you do Painting of Aramis (a level accessible within Anor Londo).
Way better. The thing that hit me most was how incredible the world design is layed out. Anything you look at, essentially you can go there. And since it's one world, you find all these shortcuts later on that take you places you'd never expect.
Lightning greatswords are murdering right now. Sorcery is pretty weak even if you could lock on due to ridiculously long casts (in comparison to a melee attack).
Humanity definitely does increase drop rates, so its nice to keep some on your counter if available. If you die, the humanity stays with your corpse as well, so when you pick it up, you'll get it all back. This way, you'll still only need to spend one point getting back to human.
Being human...
Make sure you hit the bonfire outside the chapel (with the blacksmith) if you haven't yet.
The upstairs of the chapel has a guy you can save, as well as the first bell that needs rung.
Once you've done that, you can do Darkroot Forest (exit from the blacksmith).
First, make sure you're fighting him on the tower. You can cheese him by doing lunch attacks from the top while he's at the bottom, but if you want to fight him legit, firebombs are pretty good, otherwise just circle strafe him.
You can also walk through his legs during certain attacks to...
I've been using battle axe or winged spear for the first two levels as depraved. The axe's arc attack is pretty awesome for when you get a lot of zombies, and the winged spear is great for getting other spear soldiers to actually do something. For whatever reason I can never coax them into...
Also kinda displeased that they got rid of the player rating system. The world just ends instantly when you help someone kill a boss, no time to bow or anything.
I preordered through Amazon in May and got the CE today, for what its worth.
Having a lot as deprived (chose pendant), but I finally beat the Undead Burg after many many deaths and now I'm a bit confused where to go.
The only similarity to SMB is the art style, sound effects, humor. Nothing actual gameplay.
I'm also pretty disappointed at the lack of shooting directions, even just solid diagonals would help a lot. I'd also really appreciate them putting in gamepad support like SMB had.
Got to the 5th...
