to answer your question the RAM is running at 200Mhz according to CPU-Z. BUT why would the package and the sticks themselves be labled 400Mhz when its 200Mhz. Thats a pretty drastic gap. I know your a sort of expert on these kind of things so I would be inclined to belive what you say...
