If you keep breaking them, then you are doing it wrong. You don't realy need to put pressure on the cutting disk, you touch them on the surface.

Where? The one on the lower part of the front bezel? Unfortunenately yes :( There are a tiny chip in the middle part of the bezel too. Nothing to worry about though, I could touch up the paint without much problems.

Sleeved the back USB cables. I painted the whie plastic part black. Looks much better. Again, I left them visible instead of hiding under the sound card. Final shot.

Haha that sounds great too. Anyway, I sleeved moset exposed wires today. First is the HDD power cable. I didn't do all the way to the PSU since its going to be hidden and the kit has barely enough sleeves to do the whole case. The long ass USB cable for the front mounted ports...

Haha yeah. I underestimated the power of the LEDs, man they sure is bright! I'll add couple more near the card reader to illuminate the upper vid card portion.

This. Also, make sure the cable used from the wall outlet to the PSU is good. I had similar problem while back and it turns out the cable is faulty.

Added 14 red LEDs I had lying around as case lighting. It's bright! Almost as bright as single CCFL. Looks okay I guess. I just bought myself a new (good!) camera. Enjoy the pics! 4 of them at the bottom 3 mounted near the DVD drive, not pictured is 7 more mounted at the top. It's tricky...

Inspired by some members here, I added an Ikea wall shelf and light, which I had forgotten the name already. Blame the silly names they used! I need a new desk, and couple new bigger monitors won't hurt either :D

You can try to hide the wires between the mobo and the tray or behind the PSU. I'm not familiar with that case, I guess there are no holes or some sort to run the cables on the mobo tray? Cutting a hole or two behind the tray would make hiding those cables easier.

If you have any other expansion card you can do what I did: From the picture you posted, you can move the USB bracket to the 2nd slot just above the video card. Post more pics of the area.

I made the switch/LED/USB panel yesterday. I cannibalize the power button from an old ugly case I had in storage and epoxied the switch on the 5.25" cover. I forgot to take pics of the process lol. I'll get some pics when I took the bezel of again to install fan filter. Its red LED on...

Thanks! I'm working on color coding stuffs to match the exterior paint. I've sanded and buffed the left and top panels. I had to do it manually by hand since the buffer is too big for the panel and risks damaging the paint at the edges. My hand hurts! Front bezel and right...

w00t! I messed up with the spray gun settings and the finish is rough. Nothing that a color sand and buff can't fix! Can't wait till the paint fully cured.

I never had any problems with screw holes having problems with paints before, unless you put a really really thick coat.

Its an older Zalman cooler. It sucks air away from the cooler into the PSU.
