I currently have a HD 4850. I want to build a new system with a P45 board and E8400. Now, I can either sell my 4850 and buy a pair of 4870 512MB. I game with a resolution of 1920x1200. I play games like Far Cry 2, GRID, Crysis. Would crossfire 4870 512MB be overkill for 1920x1200? Should I just...
I tried reading about the new 790GX/SB750 motherboards and I wondered, is it really worth the wait? I saw one article in bit-tech when they compared a SB600 board OC to a SB750 board oc.. and their results were:
SB600 :
9850 = 2.80 Ghz
8750 = 3.00 Ghz
5000 = 3.00 Ghz
SB750 :
9850 =...

will it be the same performance if i get a AM2?
some guy from a canadian BST site.. is selling a M2N-E + 4200+ = $165 CDN or M2N-SLI Deluxe = $200 CDN..
so im guessing if im spending that much i should just get a C2D cpu/mobo right? Im thinkin E4400 or E6320
but wats a good motherboard thats...
my motherboard is this one right here : eVGA 131-K8-NF44
Isnt it bad to be running 4x512MB of ram compared to running 2x1024MBs?
yeah i am planning to go dual core reason i chose the opteron 165..
but if i can sell my stuff.. im planning on getting an AMD 64 X2 5000+ B.E., M2N-SLI...

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L...
So i was thinking of upgrading my PC...

3500+ 1G Corsair Value X850XTPE eVGA mATX SLI mobo

thats what im trying to decide.. i have a buyer for my Z5300E for $130 CDN.. then i found somoene selling a set of Z5500 for $200 CDN.. will be be easier to just buy an Audigy...
