Has anyone had any experience with these? My parents are looking for a 32" LCD and this might be right up their alley.

No question about it...that's a nice TV. Don't know anything about the seller though...tough call on that one. Probably a heck of deal as long as you have no problems from the seller.

Well, here's one recent review from RR:

"Please be careful before buying anything from SecondAct.biz. I bought a Sharp Aquos and it is totally defective Unit. I have send them pictures of huge blemishes on the Unit. They dont take the responsibility nor Sharp does. I paid $115 for shipping which is non refundable and to return I have to pay out of pocket, I am totally stuck. I dont trust them anymore. Thanks"
 
I don't know about that seller, but I bought my parents a 32" Sharp about 2 1/2 years ago. Excellent TV. And it cost about $2000 then.
 
I'd be careful, i just bought an aquos 37" after much research and apparently the 32" pales in comparison because the LCD panel is made by one of those cheap manufacturers (Orion i think?).

The 37" and up use panels made by sharp and fare a lot better, I have been very happy with mine so far.

I have had my 32 aquos for 6-7 months now and picture is gorgeous. Never had any issues and I have 3 kids that hit the screen with toys and pbj sandwiches and it cleans nice everytime. Just my 2 cents.
