Nice Litestep setup. Nonstep been a fovorite theme for a while...

Dont even use windowblinds, do a search in google for Vista Inspirat, and download the bricopack installer.

You dont have to have windowblinds running to use it.

Sweet destop! I've got the T42 aswell and it tackles everything I throw at it. From my intermitent affair with Ubuntu's LiveDVD I've enjoyed it. Where you able to get the Biometric Fingerprint reader to work properly. I've heard mixed reviews. I know that IBM/Lenovo have been leaning toward provide Linux compatability.

Thx mate. I agree that the T42 tackles just about everything! :p ... I haven't played with the Fingerprint reader yet, but I plan to very soon. I'll definitely let you know if i get it working or not.
 


The instrument pictured is a cheap-o $180 korean made 6-string bass. It sounds flippin fantastic, and is a joy to play. Doesn't look too shabby either.

The program to show the stats on the desktop is Notebook Hardware Control, and the Theme is HmmXP along with an object dock pastels icon package.

Can someone point me towards the small program that takes the text off of the shutdown and log off buttons in the start menu? I can't find it on my hard drive.

While most of us (including myself) these days do have broadband connections, don't you think that the pic is a bit oversized??? You do have a nice desktop, but the size of the pic you posted is annoying IMO.
