Hey guys I have Dell Studio XPS 1645 laptop with a SATA II and I am running a Samsung 830 256GB SSD. Well I'm maxing out SATA II's 3Gbps connection with it, I was wondering if there was anyway you can think of of adding SATA III speeds without getting a new laptop? Thanks!

Hey guys I have video on my DVR that I want to capture and have a Slingbox Pro HD and I want to capture the stream on my laptop in HD then post it to Youtube. Does anyone know of any screen capture programs that are free that can capture video at a high frame rate with audio? Thanks!

Hey guys I am thinking about buying a 320GB laptop Hard Drive that has a data Xfer rate of 3.0GBPS my current laptop's hard drive xfers at 1.5GBPS and its SATA. Do you know if my laptop will xfer at 3.0GBPS or 1.5GBPS with the new hard drive? Thanks
