Best Screen Capture Software For Free?

[ThroatyStang]

Hey guys I have video on my DVR that I want to capture and have a Slingbox Pro HD and I want to capture the stream on my laptop in HD then post it to Youtube. Does anyone know of any screen capture programs that are free that can capture video at a high frame rate with audio? Thanks!

VideoHelp has few free ones posted here with user ratings and comments: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/desktop-screen-capture

I didn't check them well enough to see if any stood out from the rest.

You can also check the VideoHelp forums to see what their members would recommend.

The program at gamegiveaway of the day should be able to do that.
Only available for a few more hours.
