Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I am thinking trading or selling my 8 month old gaming rig. My sig has the specs. I was thinking about buying a macbook black, so if anyone would want to trade. PM if interested and discuss can continue further.
I don't believe that you should purchase an amd and graphic card unit yet. I would personally do the following. Wait, until AMD's new AM2 launch date set now in may. I would look into an AM2 board with either Sli or overclocking benefits; but not very costly. Then, I would look into a new...
That is a crock of crap; I have played this game with SLI on. I maxed out the settings and it does just fine. It does not crawl at all. He makes it sound like you get two frames per second. My computer does 30-90 FPS on this game; slowest being riding the horse in a lush forest with dynamic...
Why, did this topic become your monitor size? Listen, I have SLI; and a 17" monitor. Yeah, my max resolution is 1280x1024; but I would not change a thing. I am able with SLI to max out all the settings on just about any game and I will get over 60FPS(with two 7800GT). So, I would recommend...
Age of Empires 3: Snow Textures very noticable
This is one of the only games I can really remember seeing some very strong shimmering. Though, you can easily turn it off in the graphics tab. But, come on really folks it's not the graphics card it's the software and driver settings that...
Here is my plan:
I have two evga 7800GT cards that were like 309 plus some rebates when I bought them. I will probably bump them up to 7900GT pair. To me it's a $30 dollar upgrade and it will keep me going for another 2 years or so. So, it worth doing I might even opt for GTX's.
I purchased two 7800GT video cards and an Antec 550W PS. Now my buddy says that it will not have enough power to properly power the entire computer. The power supply is Sli certified so I don't see why it would not work.
This is the link to the powersupply...
Problem with thermaltake tsunami case and mounting an Asus deluxe sli motherboard. The motherboard is too high off the case for the screws to fit into their holes. Yet the motherboard is lining up with the IO shield plating. Anyone have any ideas? Rofl anyway....figured it out...good thing I...
I just ordered a new computer from newegg because I felt it was time to upgrade from my old AMD Athlon 1.33GHz machine to a more wellsuited gaming rig. So, I purchased a Amd 4000+ because I felt it would give me the most bang for my buck. I may overclock it just depends on if I learn how to do...
Ok, I will be buying *finally* an amd gaming system. But, I am still having trouble deciding whether to buy a dual core processor or a single core processor. I wonder if I will notice the dual cores effect in gaming? Can windows xp profession run dual-cores and be able to multi-task alot...
As great the qpack is; I am trying to stick with a case that can handle a full-size motherboard. Though, it needs to be small light and sturdy enough to take with me to lanparties. From what I hear the superlanboy is pretty darn shacky; so I am trying to steer away from that option.
