You will be able to hit 4.0 with a good CPU cooler. I know people are doing it on air and there systems are 24/7.. I am not sure at this point what voltages you need to use but just set the CPU to 1.5 then back it down until you are not stable anymore..

I have looked for programs to monitor my eVGA 680i SLI A1 mobtherboard and it seems that none of them are compatible.
