I have a Evga 680i SLI board and PC8500 1066 DDR2 OCZ ram. When i go into CPU-Z my memory frequency is at 333.3 MHZ. I thought it was suppose to be /2 whatever the speed of the ram is. So I thought it was suppose to be at 533MHZ. Anyone have any ideas how I would fix this? Thanks for your advice..

BTW, I have no idea on how to insert images to a forum. I am kinda a noob when it comes to this so I apologize..

upload the picture to imageshack or some other hosting site, then hit the insert picture button when you are doing a post, and copy the uploaded picture's url into the box and viola

I would guess a BIOS setting I have an Nvidia Chipset and I had to tweak my CPU multiplier and memory timings and voltages to get it at rated speed when it was new out of the BOX.

Check the Overclocking section of your BIOS and see what the speeds are set to.
Is you CPU running at the right speed? If not check your CPU multiplier.
Check the Memory required voltage and then set you BIOS about .05 volts under the recommended voltage. These board tend to over volt a little bit.

Good Luck

Carter
