I recently bought a new system and I am looking for some feedback as to how overclocker friendly it is. Any advice or opinions are appreciated.. I bought the following items:

1. INTEL Core 2 Duo E6850 3GHz FSB1333MHz 4M LGA775 Retail BX80557E6850 Processor
2. EVGA nForce 680i SLI Socket 775 1333MHz DDR2-800 ATX Motherboard Retail (122-CK-NF68-A1)

3. OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 Platinum SLI-Ready Edition OCZ2N10662GK Memory Retail

4. PNY VCG8800XXPB GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB GDDR3 PCI Express Video Card w/Dual-DVI, HDTV-Out Retail
5. OCZ StealthXStream Power Supply 600w

6. Gigabyte 3D Aurora 570 Full Tower

Probably should've asked about that before buying, eh? :p

You should be okay unless you end up with a dud 680i, and there just happens to be a beginner's overclocking guide stickied in this section.
