Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I have the OCZ Platinum Rev. 2 1GB (2x512MB). It seems that whatever settings I use, CAS 2.5 is never 3D stable. I'm only running them at 260MHz and 2.7V. What timings can I loosen other than the CAS?
Hi, I'm selling my 3000+ Venice. I comes with the retail box and the stock cooler if you want. The steppings are "YBBLE 0525EPFW". I'm selling it for $100. The reason is because I want to get a dual-core processor. SOLD
Lol, me and my friend just had an argument today about wether his 19" CRT or my 19" LCD is better. One of his arguments was that his CRT was $100 cheaper than my LCD. It's ironic because he's the one that spent $350 on a Athlon 64 4000+ and $450 on a 7800GTX and I spent $150 on my Athlon 65...
I just got a Panaflo fan and a XP-90. I don't know if all Panaflo fans are like this, but my fan came with a 3-pin fan power adapter. I put the 2 (black and red) tails into the 3-pin fan adapter. I turn on the PC, the fan runs for like 5 seconds then stops.
Damn, someone at the DFI forum says I need a 480W PSU minimum and I have 450W. And I need true 24-pin, which I guess I don't cause mine is a 20-pin plus a 4-pin.
Hi, I finally built my new comp after 2 weeks of waiting for my case which had to be replaced cause it was defective. When I try to start the computer, nothing happens at all! The "DRAM Power LED" and "Standby Power LED" are on.
My specs are:
Sky Hawk/Eagle Tech Matrix PSR5605W-SL Silver...
I bought this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811117028 from Newegg. The back of the case was bent in such a way that I couldn't install my PSU into it, what do I do? RMA?
