Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone here knows the configuration of the 10pin cpu power connectors that are on the power supply for the above. This is the connector:
Corsair PSU Professional AX Series Modular Connector (10-Pin)
Alternatively does anyone know of a replacement power supply that I...
Hey this sounds like and awesome setup, I'd be interested in seeing the pictures (if not here then flickr maybe?).

Hi all,
I did search on this forum, and the web, to see if anyone had done it but couldn't find any info :(
I was just wondering if anyone new how to convert the raid 0 (2 drive) on my Asus p6t deluxe v2 to a raid 5 (3 drive), as i've just bought another WD 500gb RE3 drive. I know that you...
You know thats just Pants
I have the same board and was thinking about a similar setup (sdd + 2x wd re3 500gb striped)
Why didn't Asus put another controller on the board my old socket 939 lanparty motherboard has 2 sata controllers on it with 8 ports.....
The latest Intel matrix...
Don't mean to hi-jack this thread.
I'm also looking for a external esata 2.5 enclosure.
However the ones mentioned here are not that readily available, here in the UK.
I have seen the following on ebay:
External 2.5-ebay
Ths only the problem I see it that it says:

Now that's interesting as this morning the guy said that they had misplaced the drives in the warehouse. So I ordered the 500gb re3 drives instead and he gave me £5 off each drive.
The RE3 drives have been shipped now.

That was exactly what i was planning on doing...
Hi,
I'm currently putting together a new build as listed here:
http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1477079
However I can't get hold of the 640gb wd blacks from anywhere here in the UK
I can however get hold of wd black's 500gb/750gb and the RE3's320/500
The drive are going to...
It's not only that side of the pond either, over here in the UK I'm finding the same problem.
Can't get hold of 640gb blacks, also can't get hold of the Kingston 40GB ssd, I really needed both for my up coming i7 build.
I cannot say hand on heart that I will upgrade next year, however it would be good to have the ability to do so, the last system I built was a socket 939 only for AMD to change to AM2, boy that annoyed me
So I think I'll go for the system I spec'd with a change in psu and just 1 gfx card...
Thanks for the info. Reading the article is making me think of getting a Lynnfield processor as both the motherboard & cpu will be cheaper, the processor gives the same performance of a i7 920 if not more. The only thing, is that the L1366 is a little more future proof, in that the 6 core...
