I am considering picking up a second r9 290 I found one locally for $200 used seems to be the best bang for buck in my circumstances I have a 4770k powered by an ram 750 PSU will my power supply do the job or do I need to upgrade?

I am averaging about 50 fps on high presets this seems low to me as I am seeing benchmarks where people are getting much higher.

I have tried adding more ram swapped the psu for a bigger one
added a h105 cooler...
