I am considering picking up a second r9 290 I found one locally for $200 used seems to be the best bang for buck in my circumstances I have a 4770k powered by an ram 750 PSU will my power supply do the job or do I need to upgrade?

everyone is telling me the 780 will be slightly faster once overclocked well that great but what about when you overclock the r290? its gonna be much faster right?

I was planning on going with an R290 but they are all oos and climbing in price! should I go for a 780 or wait for non reference R290's to come out and cross fingures that they do not cost an arm and a leg? EDIT: I do own an eyefinity/3D vision setup so cf preformance is somewhat important to me.
