Plugging in or unplugging a USB device causes audio volume to drop

anyone using an Antec Kuhler 920 with their PC-V354B ? and if so, where did you mount it? i'm really interested in this case but i'm concerned that the size of the Rad/Fans will take up too much room. I have seen several Kuhler 620s mounted at the front throughout this thread but they aren't...- orpheusnz
