Hi, Iv been having this problem with my computer. It locks up when I try to install games. Two games iv tried to install are blacksite and supreme commander. It seems to lockup in the same spot in both games(25% mark) What could be the issue?

Hi,Today I was playing counter strike:source and while i was playing it all of a sudden turned to a black screen and said " HV frequecy to high". So I restarted it and in windows it was at 60hz and now eventhough I press it to 100hz it is still at 60hz. Iv tried reinstalling my video card...
