Finally got around to checking out Prophecy Dungeon.
Abysmal. Most of the encounters are plain frustrating and the final encounter with the boss takes it up to 11. After a few times wiping on the final encounter we all agreed it wasn’t fun and we’d rather go do Pit of Heresy.
I just gave a quick scroll through of games they published for PS4 and yeah I don’t think any of their stuff has microtransactions, at least nothing that’s more egregious than like selling cars for driveclub.
My understanding is that higher than your refresh rate means you’ll be able to easier lock to your refresh rate. Which with the advents of variable refresh/adaptive sync it’s not as big of an issue but still helps to not have issues.
Just think back to enabling V Sync at 60Hz but your fps is...
I know it’s not your source of employment and that it would be work to set up, but a build video from you could be a fun thing.
(IE I want to live vicariously through your PC build since I won’t be doing it myself any time soon)
Unless Assassins Creed drops their pseudo RPG bullshit it can’t come close for me.
Call me simple but I enjoyed the games for the stupid story and the city scape parkour.

SkillUp has a nice little review of the Legends mode that I find to be spot on.
Mostly he just shames all the shitty live service games that have the audacity to be $60 and release in horrible states. And even after multiple patches still don’t match the quality of this free update.
Wonderful to hear, I guess maybe I’ll put my money where my mouth is and pick one up shortly. Maybe. Waiting for CES is tempting (but so are the current prices.)
