I appreciate that fact that you are trying to be thorough but I dunno that it is warranted here because all you had to do was execute the file you downloaded to answer your own question.
Basically monoblocks are just separate amps for each channel.
The idea is you increase performance by eliminating the common internal connection between the channels and you can add or remove channels at will.
