I like the Mogami better but was not happy with how not flexible either of them are (when used for headphone cable)...
Yes I do.
Who are you again?
The way I see it you are just someone sticking his nose in a post where it does not belong so I have to wonder who you think you are to suggest who is a big shot around here.
I would be a lot happier if you minded you own buisness.
If he has a problem...
Here, let me help you out with something:

The don't even say if those are new tubes or not.

Military surplus...
What's your point?
Other then you don't apparently know how to find deals because a quick check @ Ebay for Sylvania 6SN7 found lots of them for much better prices then you posted. ;)
Example---->...
When was the last time you "guessed right" about anything?
Let's see.... coax S/PDIF jacks?
No.
Someone had to explain that to you. Twice in fact
Lets see.. opus power supply.
Nope.
Someone had to explain that one to.
Let's see... opus terminal blocks.
Nope.
Someone...

I appreciate that fact that you are trying to be thorough but I dunno that it is warranted here because all you had to do was execute the file you downloaded to answer your own question.
Basically monoblocks are just separate amps for each channel.
The idea is you increase performance by eliminating the common internal connection between the channels and you can add or remove channels at will.
If by mean, you mean someone that gets annoyed when other people demonstrate how ignorant they are:
GUILTY AS CHARGED!
Classic example of Head-fi ignorance in action-------->
"I never heard those but.........."
(the actual term I coined for that is the perpetuation of ignorance ;) )...
There is one small problem with that.
WTF does a bunch of people crying about Head-Fi being down have to do with computer audio on THIS forum?
Of course they are.
"turning on" the output transistors in the op-amps (to reduce crosstalk) would be kind of a waste because they are bypassed. ;)
(when the output is taken from the comp pin in the AD744 you bypass the op-amp's internal output stage which dramatically improves clarity)...
Figure 8 to 10 hours for an alkaline battery or 6 to 8 hours for a NiMH rechargeable
and..
I can't say that I have ever seen rechargeable batteries at Wallwart but I usually order those from thomas-distributing so....
http://www.thomas-distributing.com/index.htm
No, unfortunately there is no battery re-charger circuit in this one. ;)
The amp can be powered by either an internal 9 volt battery or an external 24 volt AC adapter.
like this one----->...
Sold
One Self Built Portaphile V2 portable headphone amplifier.
This amp features AD744 op-amps with the output taken from the compensation pin, Single BUF634 for the left and right channels two on the ground channel, there is no class A bias but otherwise all of the internal switches do...
Nice job on the re-cable. :)
Something very different "we" have been playing with. :p
JISBOS based "Headphone buffer"
(there is no voltage gain stage, just a high current discreet buffer stage so it does not molest the sound nearly as much as a traditional amp does)
They are closed headphones but they do not fit around your ears, they fit on your ears.
(some people have a hard time getting them to seal which is why you occasionally read comments about poor bass response)
Check the pictures @ Headroom...
Mullets and me don't mix well.
There is a careful distinction between real toob amps and Mullets. ;)
I dunno, I still have to decide if I am going to install the trim pieces on the sides or not
I am thinking not but that may change, if it does chage the wood is getting stained...
Look familiar Dave? :D
When configured with no recharger, no battery, RCA input jacks, 1/4" output jack, runs only with a external AC adapter and not housed a hammond case we get the
Mini3 HE?
I can describe my experience with that station in one word.
Garbage.
The 936 clone has a different hand grip then the real 936 and gets rather hot when you crank it up to solder battery packs together. ;)
Spend the extra cash on the real 936.
For some things I actually like it...
You obviously do not want to connect the wires to holes that are already connected to each other.
Here is a picture that indicates where to connect the new switch:
Of course.
The easiest way will prolly be to just remove the switch and LEDs from the little circuit board and then solder the wires from the new switch and LEDs to the now empty holes in the little circuit board.
The catch is you will have to find somewhere to mount those little circuit...
