    Do you have them both on the same workgroup? Thats all I can think of. Hopefully someone else who knows more will reply to you. Until then maybe it was just something simple like this?

    I am using Cablevision. Used them for the past 10 years and never had a major problem with them. Just minor down time. I Pay $60 a month. Also syribo if you call up cablevision you can get Boost for an extra $10 a month if you want faster speed! :D
