    yes it is quite odd, possibly a faulty mobo? Anyway it does go up to 4.0 at some point, perhaps this is best rather than to strain it at 4.0 24/7? what exactly do I benefit from having lock multipliers?

    I really do hate the mouse movement of v sync.. it has a unexplainable movement sensation.... its too smooth that it goes past my target point(fps for example). So basically I suck it up and just play with tears... Is there anyway to make mouse movement sharp with v sync on?
